Hello there, I’m Alice – A qualified sleep consultant and proud mum to Albert, who surprised us all by
arriving nearly seven weeks early, turning our world upside down! The first six months were a complete whirlwind, filled with sleepless nights, endless worry and wondering if I'd ever feel like myself again. I know just how exhausting and overwhelming sleep deprivation can be—because I’ve been there. But the good news is, it doesn't have to stay that way! With a gentle and supportive approach that's tailored just for you and your baby, I’m here to guide you in getting things back on track. Whether you're tackling those tricky nap times or those long, restless nights, I’ll be right here beside you, offering practical tips and plenty of encouragement.
